Keeping the towers tall lets around 85–90% of the ~30-acre land remain open for a forest grove, eco trail, reflexology walk, jogging and cycling tracks, sports courts, amphitheatre and themed gardens. Buyers should ask for the RERA-approved layout, tower positions and phasing details at launch.
