Detailed plans are not public yet. The project is at the pre-launch / EOI stage; register your interest to receive the unit plans as soon as they are released.
Proposed sizes are about 1,200 sq. ft. for 2 BHK, 1,500 sq. ft. for 3 BHK 2T, 1,800 sq. ft. for 3 BHK 3T and 2,600–2,800 sq. ft. for 4 BHK (super built-up), with carpet areas from about 730 to 1,700 sq. ft.
Indicatively about 450 units of 2 BHK, 600 of 3 BHK 2T, 450 of 3 BHK 3T and 200 of 4 BHK — around 1,700 homes in total. Final inventory will be confirmed at launch.
